🍫✨ High-Vibration Hormone-Friendly Chocolate Brownies
When we bake with love, intention, and good energy, our food becomes medicine for the soul 💫
I brought these hormone-friendly, gluten-free, vegetarian brownies to our Candlelit Sacred Sound Journey, and they went down beautifully 🕯️
So many people said they could feel the energy, comfort, warmth, grounding, and joy in every bite.
Because what we consume holds vibration too… and when we make it with care, it uplifts our body, mind, and spirit 🌿
💛 The Recipe (makes about 12 squares)
Ingredients
• 180g 85–90% dark chocolate (use gluten-free), ( plus I added GF Galaxy choc)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil or avocado oil(I used coconut oil)
• 3 large pasture-raised eggs (or 3 flax eggs for vegan)
• 100–150g coconut sugar or maple syrup(I used coconut sugar)
• 50g almond flour
• 35g gluten-free plain flour or oat flour
• 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1–2 tsp ground flaxseed (optional – for hormone support)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
• Optional: 20g dark chocolate chunks or cacao nibs
Method
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 175°C (fan) and line a small baking tin with parchment.
2️⃣ Gently melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs (or flax eggs), coconut sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4️⃣ Stir in the melted chocolate.
5️⃣ Sift in cocoa powder, almond flour, gluten-free flour, flaxseed, and salt — fold gently.
6️⃣ Pour into the tin and smooth the top.
7️⃣ Bake for 20–25 mins until edges are set but centre is slightly soft.
8️⃣ Cool fully before slicing, they’ll be beautifully fudgy 🍫
