Healthy Rising 🌿

This Rising I sat with three sacred medicines I work closely with 💚
I began by setting strong intentions, then moved gently into my practice:

✨ Hapé
✨ 2 points of Kambo (no purge)
✨ Sananga

There’s been a lot moving in my world lately, and today felt like the perfect moment to reset my mind, nourish my body, and realign my spirit 💪🏻🐸🪬
A truly magical way to start the day ✨

If you feel called to experience a healing ceremony, have questions, or simply want to connect, I’m here and available.

🦶🏻Yoga is done without shoes. Feet are extremely important in yoga because the contact that they have with the floor provides stability for balancing and grounding of the self. Going barefoot means that your feet and toes, usually constrained within a shoe, have the rare chance to fully extend and stretch too.🦶🏻

Practicing yoga barefoot is a widespread convention because it improves safety, alignment, balance, sensory feedback, and hygiene in typical studio settings. Key reasons: Traction and stability Bare feet grip the mat better than most shoes or socks, reducing slipping during standing poses, balances and transitions.

Stability and Balance One of the most noticeable benefits of being barefoot during yoga is the improved grip and stability it offers. Without the barrier of shoes, our feet can better connect with the surface, allowing for a stronger and more stable foundation in various yoga poses.

STAY CLEAR OF NUFFIELD GYM NUNEATON !

Been getting harassed in the gym I used to go to for some time about not wearing shoes while I do yoga on a mat.
I have been going this gym and doing this for years but all of a sudden I got harrased by members of staff for doing so past few months.
You do yoga barefoot end of 🦶🏻💚🦶🏻
So they called the police on me today because I refused to leave the gym that I payed my money to go. Calling the police for this is not a criminal offense but a civil matter and I told them this and I had 2 police lady’s watch me work out until I was finished as I wasn’t leaving because I commited no crimes 💪🏻🤣😜🤣
Bit weird but that’s what happend 🧐🤪managed to get my money back for this month. Time for a change me thinks 💪🏻
Everything happens for a reason ✨✌🏻

You know what’s funny past month I have been getting signatures of beings that want to do yoga BarEfoot I got about 50 signatures and this happened 🧐

Don’t fight the system. Starve it.

There’s a nationwide “no work, no online activity, no state engagement” strike on November 11th.

People think one day of silence is going to rattle power.

Real power lies in the flow of money, energy, and resources—not just in visible acts of protest.

Let’s stop pretending.

One silent day isn’t revolution.

It’s a coffee break for the Control System.

And here’s the irony —

by not working for a day, you’re the one losing out,

not them.

Meanwhile the system keeps ticking along, untouched, unbothered, unfazed.

While people sit at home feeling rebellious for 24 hours…

the system keeps collecting the only thing it cares about:

Money.

Currency.

Current-Sea — your life force in circulation.

If we were serious, we wouldn’t just log off for a day.

We’d be talking about the flow of funds that fuels this machine:

Council tax.

Electricity.

Gas.

Water.

Credit systems.

Etc etc

The endless drip-feeding that keeps the structure alive.

By funding these systems every month,

you’re feeding the very same system that’s working to enslave you —

locking you deeper into digital IDs, surveillance and control.

Systems don’t care if you log off for 24 hours.

They run on currency — your energy in motion.

This isn’t about a day off.

It’s about the current you send into a system every single month

without questioning where it goes,

who it funds,

and whether it aligns with anything you believe in.

People chant in the streets, wave signs, post online…

while their bank accounts quietly feed the very institutions they claim to stand against.

Protests don’t scare power.

That’s why they’re allowed.

Real disruption isn’t loud.

It’s quiet.

It’s personal.

It’s when individuals start saying:

> “I choose where my current flows.”

Not out of anger —

out of awareness.

Some are already doing it:

Challenging council tax — refusing to blindly fund a system that doesn’t serve us, knowing that much of this money doesn’t go where they say it does. Instead, it props up corrupt agendas: funding endless wars, council pensions, and surveillance programs disguised as “public services.”

They understand the financial system itself is built on promissory notes — IOUs backed by nothing but trust — while banks create money out of thin air, extracting interest and fees that enslave us deeper into debt.

They’re exposing how utility companies, far from being simple providers, act as brokers, inflating prices to maximise ridiculous profits off essentials like electricity, gas, and water.

They know the water we pay for is poisoned with chemicals, and poo is pumped untreated into our seas, killing marine life and poisoning ecosystems — all while the companies responsible thrive on our bills.

They’re stepping into their power, becoming sovereign.

They’re questioning the whole Control System itself —

demanding transparency, accountability, and choice.

And that scares the system more than any megaphone ever could.

It dries up the roots rather than shaking the branches.

Italy understands this. They're showing us how it's done.

Millions have refused to pay taxes until the government abandons the EU’s forced digital ID rollout, set to be mandatory by 2026.

Mainstream media? Silent.

But Italy has spoken loud and clear:

“We will not be controlled.”

Once people stop feeding the Control System with their current-sea,

its power doesn’t crumble —

it dries out.

Revolution isn’t a day of silence.

Revolution is this:

A population quietly reclaiming control over where their energy — their currency — flows.

It’s about hitting them where it hurts —

currency, your energy in motion.

No noise.

No rage.

Just awareness.

That’s the shift.
