Wow wow wow KAY! ๐คฏ Give this lady some love by loving this post or commenting, she deserves it !
Firstly I want to start this post stressing that the difference in these to photos is only 3lbs weight loss !! Kay has lost body fat and increased muscle mass and you can see the difference is mega!!
Secondly this has been achieved with two big holidays during the 4 month transformation , which took 5 weeks of our time together! but she has still smashed it. Kay has reduced her dress size and overall body mass! She is toned, strong and super healthy.
I can not praise this lady enough!! 100% dedication in implementing the small lifestyle changes, she feels fitter, stronger and healthier! Shes a super busy lady, loves being a hands on grandma, a women who helps and supports others, she loves cold water swimming too...she is now carrying all of this out with confidence and reduced fatigue, daily tasks are completed quicker allowing her more time for herself.
Having a fitter, stronger, healthier body offers longevity! You will be able to grow old enjoying life, doing things you want to do like playing with grandchildren, going out to do activities with friends, enjoying walks but most importantly being able to carry your shopping and doing general activities of daily living...as we age we need to be able to do so with the confidence we can look after ourselves and live life to the max!!
Don't just train for the results now.... train for the long term gains!
