Live-in Carer
Company: Home Straight
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £800 per week

Home Straight is recruiting compassionate and experienced Live-in Carers to support people across Melton Mowbray and Rutland to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who truly wants to make a difference in another person’s life.

The role includes:

-Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
-Supporting mobility and safe transfers
-Preparing meals and assisting with eating where required
-Administering and managing medication
-Offering companionship and encouraging daily activities
-Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
-Monitoring and reporting any changes in a client’s health

Carers will have their own private space within the home and agreed time off.

What Home Straight is looking for:

-At least 12 months’ live-in care experience
-A caring, patient, and reliable approach
-Good communication skills
-Ability to support mobility and lifting
-Flexibility and strong organisational skills
-Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
