Reflexology The power holistic therapy can have on a receptive client still amazes me today.

I love working with energy and helping people take charge of their own health and wellbeing. There is so much that we can do to prevent illness and help ourselves keep fit and healthy. I want to be able to share what I know and help other people to feel more in control of their own well-being. The treatments I offer have wonderful health benefits but are often enjoyed by clients who want to enjoy a relaxing treatment (another self-healing benefit) only to find it helps them in other ways too.

There’s a lot of noise about fresh starts and big intentions, but many people simply feel tired or overwhelmed at this point.

As the new year settles in, it’s worth saying this quietly:
you don’t have to feel motivated, clear, or ready.

Moving gently still counts. Resting still counts.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to leave a heart.

Name 5 things you can see.
4 things you can touch.

2 things you can smell.
