Reflexology The power holistic therapy can have on a receptive client still amazes me today.

I love working with energy and helping people take charge of their own health and wellbeing. There is so much that we can do to prevent illness and help ourselves keep fit and healthy. I want to be able to share what I know and help other people to feel more in control of their own well-being. The treatments I offer have wonderful health benefits but are often enjoyed by clients who want to enjoy a relaxing treatment (another self-healing benefit) only to find it helps them in other ways too.

Start small.
Start messy.
Start where you are.

Mindfulness isn’t about clearing your mind — it’s about noticing what’s going on with a little more kindness and a little less judgment.

You don’t need to sit cross-legged or be perfectly calm.
You can begin with one deep breath. A moment of stillness. Feeling your feet on the ground.
