⭐ Osprey sighting ⭐

Alongside the sighting of 2H3 (Rutland male, hatched 2022) last month, 1H7 has also been seen recently!

During a count of Ospreys in the Karone Islands, Casamance region, Senegal, Jean-marie Dupart counted 161 Ospreys - including a number of ringed birds.

1H7 was amongst them, a male from Rutland Water Nature Reserve, hatched in 2022.

1H7 has been seen in Rutland in 2024 and 2025, but hasn't yet paired up - will 2026 be the year he finds a partner?

Inter generational sessions are so beneficial both for the students and our residents. Today they were tasked to make a luxury bathroom out of Lego by one of our residents
