These are our staff care devices 👇

All of our care staff use dedicated care devices, giving them real-time access to daily care notes through Nourish .

Our Activity Coordinators also use these devices to capture special moments and share them with families via Famileo, keeping loved ones connected wherever they are.

To protect privacy and maintain professionalism, personal phones aren’t used within our Households 💚

Our residents at Oakham Grange had a fantastic weekend soaking up the excitement of the Grand National 🐎🎉

From cheering on their favourites to playing a horse racing themed game, it was a wonderful way to bring everyone together and have some fun!

What is a Care Home Nurse? 🩺

Care Home Nurses provide expert clinical care, supporting residents health, dignity, and wellbeing.

At Ardale, our nurses are supernumerary, not counted in care staffing- so they can focus on clinical leadership and support for residents and staff.

Today we strapped a member of our senior management team into a strait jacket… 😱

Part of a hands-on communication training with , our staff experienced speech, sight, and hearing challenges with the help of specialised equipment. Our trainer guided us through with advice around best practise ways to communicate with our residents.

We are proud to invest in our staff through training sessions like this, that help our team provide the best care and support every day.💚

Getting creative this Easter at Oakham Grange 🐣

Our residents have been busy designing these fun and fabulous Easter themed cards, with a little helping hand from our amazing activity coordinators (especially with things like glue guns!). Everyone had fun and creative time and it really shows in these beautiful creations 🎨
