In our sessions this week in Melton, we'll be decorating matchboxes for keepsakes and cute gifts on Tuesday (12:30-2:30pm) and drawing flamingos with tissue paper or feathers for texture on Thursday (10:30am-12:30pm)

A big thank you to two of our wonderful Oakham members who organised an Easter raffle for the centre. Together, they raised an amazing £50.50 to go towards Pepper’s activities 💛

As spring arrives, the weather gets warmer and the flowers start to bloom, here are our April guides🧡❤️💚

Please note, our Oakham timetable will be reduced throughout April and May while we recruit a new centre manager and volunteers. All Thursday sessions in Oakham will be paused, including tai chi, chair yoga, social drop-in, singing and yoga nidra.

Our Oakham Monday and Tuesday social drop-in sessions, along with Wednesday mindfulness & meditation and art, will continue as normal.

💚 Our Melton centre will continue to run a full timetable as normal, and you are very welcome to attend any sessions there for the same warm, supportive space🧡 See below for a lovely month of activities.
