DISPENSARY STAFF SHORTAGES - DELAYED COLLECTIONS
We regret to inform you that we are currently dispensing medication approximately 1 week post the date it has been ordered.
Unfortunately our team has been affected by a long term illness and this has impacted our service. Over the last two weeks bank dispensers have supported our team and we are actively seeking dispensers to join us on a temporary basis.
When requesting routine medication, please allow 5 full working days before collection. You may need to request your medication slightly earlier to avoid running out.
We thank you for your patience and assure you our dispensing team are working very hard to dispense medication as quickly as possible.
