A lovely visit to the pub yesterday, The Old Crown in Girton. Bev and Joan shared a Peshwari Naan, yum yum yum 😋. Refreshing lemonade and cokes and lots of conversation and giggles with Cath and Jen. A lovely venue with a very warm welcome. 😊

This weekend we took a trip down memory lane.
Residents enjoyed looking through old-time food and cleaning packaging, sparking so many wonderful conversations and memories. From favourite meals and family kitchens to "how things used to be done" it was lovely to see faces light up as stories were shared.

Sometimes it's the simplest things that create the strongest connections.
