We were delighted to welcome Brendan O’Hara to the club today to discuss our campaign to remove VAT from community health and fitness services. 🏃‍♂️

We spoke about the vital role gyms and group fitness play in preventative healthcare — supporting both physical and mental wellbeing, and helping reduce pressure on the NHS. 🫀

A really positive conversation about how policy can better reflect the value of keeping communities active and well 💙

HYROX GLASGOW — DONE 💥

We are absolutely blown away by our incredible members who took on HYROX last Saturday — what a performance! 🏃‍♂️🔥

8km of running.
8 brutal workout stations.
And you tackled every single second with strength, grit, and serious determination 💪

From sled pushes to wall balls, you showed exactly what HYROX is all about — resilience, heart, and refusing to quit.

We couldn’t be prouder to have such a driven, hard-working crew representing our club. You truly smashed it 👊

Strong mums raise strong humans. 💛

A couple of weeks ago we hosted our Mother’s Day photo shoot in the club, and it was so special to see so many generations together.

Mums. 💖
Grans. 💓
Kids watching from the side… and sometimes joining in. 💜

Women showing the next generation what strength, confidence and self-care look like in real life.

Because the truth is — it matters.

𝙉𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙛 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙨 𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙥 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨, which is why role models are so important. When children grow up seeing their mums move their bodies, look after their health and make time for themselves, it changes what they believe is possible. 💛

There was a time I never thought I’d be here.

I was at my lowest mentally — navigating ADHD, other mental health challenges, a separation, grief after losing my stepdad, and honestly feeling completely lost in myself. My health had slipped, my confidence was gone, and I wasn’t in a good place physically or emotionally ❤️‍🩹

Walking into the gym was one of the hardest but most important steps I’ve ever taken.

With support from Cheryl and the incredible team here, I built a routine when I had none. I found strength when I felt weak. I found calm in the chaos. Through consistent training, guidance with nutrition, and learning to manage my PCOS, I’ve started taking control of my body and my mind again. I’m building muscle, losing weight in a healthy way, and most importantly — rebuilding myself.

Now? The gym isn’t just somewhere I train. It’s my space. My therapy. My time. My strength. 🏋🏻‍♂️

I couldn’t imagine not being here. 🙏🏻
