Iām just having a few minutes between patients and thinking why do we wait until something happens before we start looking after ourselves?
Why do we wait until pain forces us to stop before we start paying attention?
As a nation, weāve become incredibly sedentary. Weāre sitting more than ever, on our phones, on our laptops, in the car, on the sofa and then convincing ourselves that an hour of exercise a week is enough to undo it all.
Every week I hear the same thing:
āI just donāt have time.ā
But if you feel you have no time, go into your screen-time report and then be honest with yourself.
Itās not that you have no time.
Itās how your time is being used.
Mobility, strength, and health are not maintained by one weekly class. Theyāre built through small, consistent actions woven into your days not just in January, not only when something goes wrong, but all year round.
You donāt need the fright.
You donāt need the crisis.
You donāt need to wait.
Itās time to take control, move more, reconnect with your body, and start managing whatās actually going on rather than hoping an hour a week will fix it.
If youāre ready to rebuild your strength, support your movement, and get guidance thatās clinically informed and specific to you, Iām here!
Your future self will thank you for starting before you had toš
