How might we look after our wellbeing over the Christmas period?

Take time for self-care: taking time for yourself to do something you love and value, activities that boost your mood and giving yourself time to relax

Exercise: we don't just mean the physical kind (though that's good too!) we mean the emotional kind such as writing a gratitude diary, re-evaluating negative thoughts and engaging with mindfulness.

Talking to others: sharing how you feel with someone you trust, telling them what's happening in your life, or spending time with them
π
Planning: it can be helpful to plan what you'll do over the Christmas period, and feeling organised can help us feel less stressed
