St Thomas of Canterbury, Northlew, decorated beautifully by the lovely people of Northlew, for the funeral of a lovely local, farming lady, known affectionately as ‘the daffodil lady’ Trixie has planted miles and miles of daffodils along the roads and hedgerows of lanes locally, and it seems appropriate that as she makes her final trip along these roads today, her daffodils so lovingly and carefully planted are just starting to open.
