Classes are on from this week. Tuesday Ockment Centre 9-10am.
Wednesday Broadwoodkelly Village Hall 11-12pm and Sampford Courtenay Village Hall 6-7pm.
A gentle Hatha based practise. A focus on building core strength and support for good lower back health. Time for relaxation.

Broadwoodkelly Village Hall 11-12pm. A soft and gentle class.

Sampford Courtenay Village Hall 6-7pm.
