Escape to the Countryside for a Pilates Retreat!

Hello lovely people in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire!

I'm so excited to invite you to a very special Easter Pilates Retreat I'm hosting at the beautiful Westerton Farm. It's a chance to step away from the everyday, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy some gentle movement in a truly unique setting.

What to Expect:

A Heartwarming Start

We'll begin with a delightful oxytocin-releasing farm experience – think cuddles with chickens and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Westerton Farm. It’s the perfect, gentle way to ease into relaxation.

Relaxing Pilates & Mindfulness

Following our farm welcome & a restorative sweet treat, we'll enjoy 90 minutes of gentle Pilates, stretching, and mindfulness. If the weather is kind, we’ll be outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. Don't worry, we have a cosy indoor option ready if needed!

A Cosy, Intimate Experience

Spaces are limited to just 10 people to ensure a truly intimate and personal experience. This allows for plenty of individual attention and a wonderfully cosy atmosphere for everyone involved.

Medal Monday 🏅 Inverness Half Marathon

I didn't quite get the race I hoped for - injuries affected my training, and my stomach didn't cooperate on the day. Still, some races are about celebrating wins, while others are for reflection and growth. ❤️

The wins I would like to celebrate and this week's Medal Monday shines bright for my amazing running buddies!

Rob crushed his PB with an impressive 1:25 time! I got to watch him recover from a calf injury at Anna Does Physio and Pilates, and we've worked tirelessly on stability, core control, and plyometrics. Huge congrats to him and his coach!

Grant, a swimming convert, took on his first official half marathon and nailed it! His positivity and laughter light up our training sessions. Sticking to his strategy paid off, and he did fantastically well 👏

Inverness half marathon was a brilliantly ran event as always & thank you to all the amazing volunteers.

Grateful to have made a trip to Inverness to catch up with my fellow Physio friend ❤️ Thank you for having me !
