What an amazing display! Take a look to see how alcohol consumption could impact your sleep 🍷

Irene and Roslyn have completed their first placement with the Integrated Alcohol Service — and what a fantastic job they’ve done! They created an engaging whiteboard presentation exploring how alcohol affects sleep, sharing insight that was both informative and easy to understand.

A huge well done to them both, and the IAS team wishes them every success in their future placements.

🥐☕Big Breakfast Tuesday 🍎🥓

We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but why should we make the time for it?

There are several benefits to eating breakfast:
🔹To fuel our bodies for the day ahead.
🔹Improve focus.
🔹 Aid weight management as this can help to prevent over eating or poor dietary choices due to hunger later in the day.
🔹Regular meals can help us recognise hunger cues.
🔹Opportunity to supply our bodies with mineral and vitamins.
