My new school year began in a new space where I have the medical equipment from the previous use of the room. So, I am going to experiment over the next few months. I will measure my blood pressure first thing in the morning and again at the end of the day, and see if there are any interesting connections I can discover.
I got my height measured too 🙂. I think I've grown taller since I started taking yoga classes 🥳.
Blood pressure: morning 115 - 80
Height: 163, 4 cm
