Who else has been feeling that shift this week? ✨ January definitely had its challenges, but this week, something shifted 🌞. The mornings are finally getting lighter, and it’s very welcome! There’s something so peaceful about those early hours, and it’s reminding me to slow down, breathe, and set positive intentions for the day ahead. Grateful for this new energy. Here’s to a fresh start!

This year, I’m doing something a little different. I’ve always been hesitant about Black Friday, as it doesn’t reflect what my small business stands for. However, as a small, independent business, I and other small businesses have felt the impact of this season.

It’s world MENOPAUSE awareness day today

Customers often contact us for support with their symptoms via the bespoke service.

These symptoms can range from changes in emotions like depression, mood swings and fatigue as well as physical symptoms like hot flushes and skin concerns.

I wanted to shed some light on how essential oils can help decrease the severity of menopause symptoms:-

CLARY SAGE resembles the effects of oestrogen and can be very beneficial for menopausal symptoms. It can be particularly helpful with reducing hot flushes, sweats and lowering blood pressure.

LAVENDER Can help problems with feelings of depression or low mood. It promotes relaxation and promotes sleep.

Hands up, who is confused by what you should include in your skincare routine? 🤷🏽‍♀️

There are lots of new trends popping up with an extra step here and another product there. It can be a lot for your skin to cope with!

I don’t believe that you need to use so many products in your routine to achieve good skin. Minimalistic is the only way for me!
You only need a few products that have really good ingredients and properties which are targeted towards your skin concerns, and you should apply them in a relaxed and comforting way **This is what helps them to absorb better!**

It doesn't need to be a 10-step process, just a routine where you can concentrate in getting the best products into your skin.

One step that I highly recommend is to use a facial oil on your skin in the evening after you have cleansed. When you apply your facial oils, they will work a lot better if they are massaged into the skin, taking time to really help your skin to absorb all the goodness from the oils.

This is a unique service where the product is tailored to your specific needs.

How it works:
• You complete a consultation form, detailing what you want from your product and any contra indications or allergies you have.

• I then research the oils and their chemical constituents to find the best ones to benefit and improve your needs or conditions. I will consider your contra indications and allergies and will try to incorporate your scent preferences into the product too.

• I will then send a list of oils to you to confirm you're happy with them.

• Your product is made up and sent to you with a prescription detailing how to use it.
