We had the pleasure of celebrating our client’s 90th birthday this week 🎉

Jodie and I stopped by with a KitKat bouquet to mark the occasion.

A true labour of love and such a meaningful milestone.

I’m incredibly proud to share this beautiful diamond painting. It’s more than just a piece of art; it represents a four-year journey filled with care, growth, and dedication.

Every single gem was placed by hand using a stylus, a process that demands real patience and precision. What makes it even more special is that Tash spent an entire year creating this 40x40cm piece, carefully balancing it alongside her studies and professional commitments.

The heart with wings design couldn’t be more fitting, a perfect reflection of a Visiting Angel. It captures the compassion, commitment, and genuine heart she brings to every client she supports. Such a thoughtful and lasting way to mark this milestone.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

We were truly touched to receive a thank you from one of our wonderful clients for his Easter egg. What makes it even more special is the incredible journey he has been on.

After experiencing a stroke, he has gone on to achieve milestones that once felt impossible. His strength, determination and resilience continue to inspire us every single day.

It is a privilege to be part of his journey and to support him along the way.

Today’s regional meeting with franchise owners was both productive and valuable.

It was an excellent opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions within a highly positive and collaborative environment.

We have come away feeling focused, motivated, and equipped with new ideas. Experiences like this reinforce the importance of strong professional relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence.

Our pledges made will now be translated into clear actions as we return to planning the next stages of strengthening and growing our business.

We also extend our thanks for the card and the two jars of Eid sweets from head office. A considered gesture that reflects the organisation’s inclusive culture and attention to detail.

It was so lovely to have Malika drop by the office with Mary today.

Mary enjoyed a wonderful catch up with Tina, sharing smiles, stories and even singing away while enjoying her coffee. Moments like these truly brighten our day.

She was absolutely delighted to receive her Advent calendar and it’s these small, thoughtful gestures that mean so much.

At Visiting Angels, we believe in inclusion, dignity, companionship, person centred care and family centred care. Creating a space where everyone feels valued, heard and supported is at the heart of everything we do.
