Monthly Personal Development Workshops in Hollinwood.
I'm beginning to hold a series of Personal Development Workshops at Hollinwood Business Centre Albert Street OL8 3QL.

The first Workshops will focus on you and will take you on a journey of self discovery and awareness.

This will enable you to:

Communicate more effectively with yourself (via your self talk) and with others.

Build strong and long relationships in all areas of life

Connect with your Unconscious Mind - the place of effective change!

Set Strong and compelling goals that you will achieve.

Each workshop links to the next snd will take you on a real journey of Personal Development and Discovery.

Ideal for all areas of life,for your business, for your career. Everywhere!

The investment for the Workshops is £30 per month or £300 for 12 months.

Anyone who invests for 12 Workshops will gain access to a series of recorded modules that will enable you to receive a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming.

I'm your guide to personal change and life transformation.

All change begins on the inside and you will see, hear and feel the effects in your outside world.

I work with my Clients to find the root cause of what is causing sn issue or a problem in their lives.

If the root is not found and removed, we continue layering other problems and issues on top.

This is when life gets heavy and we lose connection with that root cause.

Bringing my businesses together.

I Coach Holistically and I bring my Coaching skills into my Holistic Therapies.

I train Coaches to be NLP Coaches and Hypnotherapists - and the learnings of NLP and Hypnosis ripple through all areas of life.

Life is energy and I offer everyone the opportunity to learn and understand the benefits of Reiki energy.

Rei-ki means Universal Life Force Energy and when you bring this into the Training and Coaching world, you are breathing this energy into everything that you do ✨️

What are you carrying around that you don't need to?

We store portions of our life experiences and we're not aware that we do it.

Bit by bit. Experience after experience. Emotion after emotion layering in.

Slowly getting heavier and eventually we feel it.

Physically, Emotionally, Mentally - this stealth like burden makes itself known.

And we don't know how.

How did it get there? How did it get so heavy?

When our backpack gets so heavy that we notice it, we wrap it up and call it anxiety.

Sometimes we have no words. Just the feeling that we need to release this heavy load.

Release it and live life lighter, freer, burden removed.

And you can with my guidance.

I work with my Clients to ensure a gentle release of everything that's been carried.
Sometimes for a lifetime.

And it's time. And the decision is made to change. And that in itself is a huge release.
