I offer appointments 6 days a week. I have been doing colonic treatments for over 18 years and during that time I have carried out more than 22000 treatments.

I am also a fully qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist, Naturopath, Person Centred Counsellor, Iridologist, and Reflexologist. Modern life can be hectic and it can take its toll on our digestive systems; rushing meals, eating on the go, not chewing well enough, eating late in the evening, emotional or physical stress, these can all cause upset for our digestive systems. As a Digestive Health specialist, I work on an individual basis with each client to work out an individual treatment plan to enable you to achieve your aims with improving your digestive and overall health helping you to regain emotional and physical balance. I always discuss clients issues on an individual basis so that I can best give advice to suit your situation. I offer treatments with a professional, friendly welcoming approach and offer flexible opening times. Appointments are available 6 days a week. I have been a member of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH) for 18 years. Other treatments that I offer include Food Intolerance testing, Reflexology, the Indiba, Far Infrared sauna and cocoon, stool testing.

The link bewteen parasites and IBS

Did you know that food poisoning is a major risk factor in the development of IBS.

If the food poisoning is not dealt with and nipped in the bud, the parasite can linger in the gut, causing flare ups and increasing the risk of gut inflammation and IBS.

It may seem counter-productive to have colon hydrotherapy if you have food poisoning, as you will probably have diarrhoea. Diarrhoea is the body's way of getting rid of the parasite as soon as possible before it gets chance to do more damage to your gut.

However, colon hydrotherapy is highly beneficial to help wash out the parasite and to get rid of the uncomfortable crampy bloating that often accompanies food poisoning.

A registered and regulated ARCH colon hydrotherapist will also give you advice on what you can do to help heal and repair your gut, following an episode of food poisoning, including dietary, lifestyle and supplement advice.

I have been a practising holistic therapist for more than 26 years. I have specialised in Colonic Hydrotherapy (or Colonic Irrigation as it is also called) for over 16 years. I am also a fully trained Counsellor, Reiki practitioner and Naturopath. I am registered with ARCH the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists and with the CNHC. I care about my clients and I provide knowledge, empathy, information and totally professional treatments in order to enhance their sense of well-being in a relaxing, private environment.
