You Don’t Have to Hit Rock Bottom to Start Counselling
There’s a myth that counselling is only for when things are falling apart — when you’re burnt out, overwhelmed, or in crisis - however, it's also ok to start exploring whats going on before that point or maybe youve carried something alone for too long.
It can help you explore patterns which are no longer working, saying no and being ok with that and exploring whatever is happening for you.
You just need to be willing to show up for yourself — and that’s enough.
