Turning 70 this year and Mick is proving that age is no barrier to getting stronger. 💪

Instead of slowing down, he’s pushing further, hitting new PBs on his squat, deadlift, and bench, and constantly aiming to improve.

His commitment in the gym has carried straight over to the slopes too. As a keen skier, Mick’s strength, power, and fitness now mean his friends can’t keep up with him anymore and that says it all! ⛷️

This transformation is about far more than numbers on a bar or a scale. It’s about choosing to keep progressing, stay strong, and live life to the fullest at any age.
