Emma has come such a long way on her journey, and she’s still pushing for more. 💪

Since starting with us, she’s lost just under 28kg, taken 14.5cm off her waist and 20.5cm off her hips. That kind of progress comes from commitment, patience, and consistently putting the work in.

What really stands out about Emma is how willing she is to learn. She’s always asking questions, always wanting to understand more, and always looking for ways to improve. She doesn’t just show up, she engages, listens, and applies it.

The physical progress has been incredible, but the mindset she’s built alongside it is just as impressive.

Amy has just completed her 6-week challenge, and she didn’t just tick the boxes, she went above and beyond.

Even while navigating a tough period in her life, she chose to focus on herself and fully commit. The result? Just under 8.5kg lost, 12cm off her waist, and 5.5cm off her hips, an incredible transformation in such a short space of time!

But what makes this so powerful isn’t just the numbers. It’s the fact she showed up when it wasn’t easy, stayed consistent, and backed herself all the way through.

What an amazing Warrior Night last Friday! 🙌

The energy in the gym was something else! The teamwork, encouragement and plenty of laughs from start to finish. Seeing everyone push themselves, back their teammates and cheer each other on is exactly what makes nights like this so special.

Every single person gave their best effort and got stuck into every round with the right attitude. Couldn’t be prouder of the way you all showed up and supported one another.
