It goes up and down, stalls, spikes, and it's so easy to let that number be the only thing you focus on. But that's only one piece of the puzzle.

What about:
Your clothes fitting better
Dropping a dress size

Feeling stronger in the gym

Liz has come such a long way in a short space of time, and she’s only just getting started 💪

In around 5 months, she’s lost over 7kg, built loads of strength, and completely changed how she trains.

What stands out most with Liz is how she shows up. Every session she’s ready to work, pushes herself, and isn’t afraid to take on a challenge.

Eating late at night doesn't automatically cause weight gain, despite what you may have heard.

Weight gain comes from consistently eating more calories than your body needs over time, not from eating after a certain hour.

If you're hungry in the evening, it's completely okay to eat. Focus on your overall intake, balanced meals, and consistency rather than stressing about the clock. Sustainable habits always win.

This is Ben 👏

He’s been with us 5 months now and has properly turned things around.

Not just in the gym either, he’s made some solid life changes along the way, and it shows.

He’s stronger than ever, moving better, and the results are there to back it up:

– Just under 4 inches off his waist
– Over an inch added to his chest
– 6kg+ down

But more than anything, it’s how consistent he’s been. Showing up and putting the work in week after week.
