It's a wrap. The mulled wine & mince meat pies are out ☺️ To everyone who's paths have lead us to conncet, whether we've met in my therapy room, at one of my self care events, for training or perhaps we've still yet to meet, no thank you is big enough for your support ✨️ Even the likes of a thumbs up or wee share of a social media post is so supportive & more appreciated than you know 🙏🏼

Christmas magic is created in spending time with those we love & care about. The gift of time, or a thoughtful & considerate gesture in my eyes, will always land deeper than gifts.

For all who dearly miss loved ones who have passed over, a reminder our souls are consciousness. Consciousness is energy. When we pass over, it's the physical body that's gone. The energy (soul essence) leaves the body & vibrates at a different frequency. Just beacuse we cannot see them, it doesn't mean they aren't with us in Spirit. Light a candle in their memory. Talk to them in your mind, then take time to be still, quiet your mind & listen. That random thought that appears from nowhere...pay attention. Listen within & also watch all around you for signs.

Hey all, just checking in & letting you know I'm still very much here for support in finding moments of peace & calm amidst what can be a rather hectic & for some, difficult time of year. If ever their's a time we need to take care of ourselves...it's now!

Just a wee reminder to be true to your own wants & needs. It's very easy to slip in to societal expectations over the festive period. You're allowed to choose what feels right for you, however that looks.

Presence over pressure. Intention over expectation. Let Christmas be what feels right for you, not what you feel is expected of you.

PS - I'm looking to arrange some self care event dates for January when everyone's ready for a pick me up. Feel welcome to let me know whether weekdays,weekends or evenings are preferable. Also SourceSTAR levels 1 & 2 training will be running early 2026. Any enquiries pop me a dm 🙏🏼✨️

Why I do the work I do ⬇️

Serenity Within was created with the intention of helping people listen to the call of their soul & connect more deeply with their hearts. Its purpose is to assist & support in letting go of worries & stresses that build up over time, enabling a life that feels peaceful, happy, content, & aligned with what you truly desire.

I spent over 20 years in the beauty industry, helping people look good on the outside. Around seven years ago, I felt called to support people on a deeper level.
After my own introduction to holistic therapies & energy healing several years earlier, & the gradual positive changes I experienced within myself, I knew these practices could support & empower transformation for many others.

I offer a range of therapies including Swedish & hot stone massage, reflexology, holistic facials, hand & foot treatments as well as meditation, skin care & product advice. I especially love to weave SourceSTAR energy healing throughout my sessions, creating a nurturing experience that delivers noticeable feel good results. The combination of energy healing and self-care therapies allows clients to truly switch off, relax & unwind.

Five years ago, I also studied counselling skills through Aberdeen College, deepening my ability to hold compassionate space & offer emotional support.

Today I facilitate self-care events in a beautiful yurt location surrounded by nature & a warm, crackling fire that help participants cultivate peace & calm within. I also offer training and mentorship in SourceSTAR/Sekhem energy healing from Level 1 through to Master Teacher level.

I’m passionate about promoting the importance & benefits of self-care & I truly believe that by investing in our wellbeing, doing the inner work, and allowing healing to take place within, we can achieve profound, positive transformation becoming the best version of ourselves 💛✨️🕊

Almost every day this month I've witnessed this beautiful family in the field outside my bedroom & everyday I can't help but stop & watch. It's all too easy to feel gratitude initially then over time begin taking things for granted. Whether it's animals, nature, people, work, home, food or anything else that brings you joy, live in gratitude for lifes wonders no matter how big or small. All is nothing but a fleeting moment.

Not everything always turns out quite how we'd imagined. An adaptable mindset & the ability to shift perspective & embrace whatever comes our way serves us well in life.

My last 2 nights with a friend in a countryside hut with costal walks during storm Amy was one we'll be sure to remember! 🌪🌧😅

Back in my therapy room tomorrow. A self care circle at Calmspace yurt Saturday & level 1 SourceSTAR training starts the following week. Pop me a message for info on any of the afore.

With my eldest at youth cafe, it was a perfect opportunity to spend some 1:1 time with my littlest after school.

There are so many benefits to massage. Add in a touch of energy healing & you have a beautifully nurturing combination. Whether it's your own personal touch or with a professional, massage is great for regulating the nervous system & helping our little people as well as us grown-ups feel calm & nurtured.

I think his face says it all! ❤️

Just checking in & reminding you to love on yourself 💓

Regardless whether you're single or in a relationship, a wee reminder to buy yourself the flowers, take yourself to that cafe for a beautiful artisan coffee, cook yourself lovely food, book yourself a seat at the cinema, walk barefoot on the beach, light those candles, wear the dress, wear the perfume.

Do it all for you. Not to please or impress anyone, but because you love you 💓

Every difficulty or hardship life presents is opportunity for soul growth.

Our bodies are our vessel in which we experience life. To free our"selves" from suffering, their needs to be discomfort. Rather than run from the discomfort, if we sit in it, feel it & surrender to it, an amazing thing happens. Soul growth. What happens when our soul grows? Liberation. Their's an expansiveness, wholeness & freeness that's felt within.

Challenges, difficulties & hardships are ultimately what sets us free.
