🎾🔥 Free Community Tennis Event – In Partnership with Olney Tennis Club

We're excited to launch a special event to kick off the tennis season on Wednesday 15th April at 18:30 at Olney RFC.

This session is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy tennis while staying injury free on the court; whether you’re already playing regularly, a club member, or thinking about picking up a racket again after some time away.

We’ll cover simple, practical ways to prepare your body for tennis, reduce injury risk, and help you move with more confidence as the season begins!

It’s completely free, open to members and non-members, and a great opportunity to get involved with the local tennis community ahead of the season.

After the success of our last drop in clinic, we’re excited to offer another one at the Bletchley site!!

This session is open to all Big Rock climbers and members and is a great opportunity to get expert advice.

Whether you’re dealing with a minor ni**le, coming back from an injury, or simply want tips on staying injury-free and improving your climbing performance, we will be on hand to help.

Tommy, Andy and Tom will be at the centre throughout the evening, offering informal assessments, practical guidance, and personalised advice tailored to the demands of climbing.

There’s no cost and no booking required, just drop in, have a chat, and get the support you need to keep climbing strong.

We’re looking forward to being able to provide this session and supporting our climbing community, see you there! 👋
