Soulful Saturdays
For me, at this time of year, I need more nurture than perhaps any other time of year. Spring brings with it the hope of new beginnings, Summer is the time for blazing in all our glory, and Autumn feels like the beginning of the going inward, a time to reflect on how we’re doing, how we’re feeling, and whether we are being enough.
And I don’t mean ‘being enough,’ quite the opposite. Whether we are able to just be. No agenda, no to do list, not lost in thoughts of the past or the future. A deep sense of just being present on this beautiful Earth, utterly present to it and to ourselves.
And I suspect this is why I love Autumn the most of all the seasons.
Because I have the kind of mind that whirrs round, and the conditioning, the old patterns, that if I’m not doing, then what precisely is the point of me. And even typing it, I can see how bloody well unhealthy that one is! But relatable, huh!!
And so, I wanted to create a gentle programme of just a few sessions this Autumn and each one of the sessions can stand alone to gift the person who comes along a real slice of inner peace. And to offer the idea that for some you may want a more full day of peace, and others a slice is just fine.
The first of these retreat days is happening a week on Saturday, on

I must first let you know about the artist that paints these stunning pictures that I often post on social media and my mailouts, as they are simply divine. She is called Tarn Ellis, and it’s fair to say, I’m a little obsessed with the magic that she creates on canvas. Click on her name above if...
