🧔4 years of FusionšŸ–¤

What a weekend that was. From Michelle’s double marathon challenge on Friday, to the walks, the coffee, and the craic and laughs on Saturday, it was the perfect way to celebrate another year together.

We’ll never stop being grateful for the people who make Fusion what it is. The support over the past four years has been unreal, and we honestly wouldn’t be here without you all.

This year we marked our 4th birthday by raising funds for Care for Cancer Omagh, a charity close to many of our members’ hearts and it meant a lot for us to be able to give back togetheršŸ’›

Here’s to 4 years down… and plenty more to come🧔

Michelle has just kicked off her double marathon challenge, one on the airbike and one on the rower, all in support of Care for Cancer OmaghšŸ’›

This is a huge effort and such a special way to kick off our Fusion 4th birthday charity weekend šŸŽ‰

If you’d like to show your support, you can donate belowšŸ‘‡

Let’s cheer her on and help raise as much as we can for this brilliant local charity šŸ™ŒšŸ§”

šŸ§šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøMost people think good posture is about remembering to ā€œstand up straight.ā€
But posture isn’t a reminder, it’s a result.

It comes from having the strength to hold yourself there without effort.
Your upper back, core, and glutes do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping you upright and pain-free.

When those muscles are weak, your body finds shortcuts like, slouching, tight shoulders, sore necks, and lower back aches.
When they’re strong, you move, sit, and stand with ease, and no constant adjustments.

You don’t need to be as straight as a board all the time, just a body strong enough to support you naturallyšŸ’ŖšŸ»

🄦Here’s something most women don’t realise.. eating too little can actually slow down your results just as much as eating too much.

Your body needs energy to lift, recover, and adapt.
Without enough food, your hormones, sleep, and performance will all take a hit.

If you’re showing up, doing the work, and still feeling stuck, it’s definitely worth checking if you’re actually fueling enough to support what you’re asking your body to do🄦

ā€œMotivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing.ā€ — John C. Maxwell

Motivation might get you through the door,
but discipline is what keeps you showing up, even on the days you’d rather not.

Every rep, every session, every choice adds up.
That’s growthšŸ“ˆ

🦓 Most people think of strength training as something you do for your muscles. But your bones benefit just as much.

From around age 30, bone density slowly starts to decline. That’s completely normal but it’s not something you have no over. Every time you lift, push, or move against resistance, you’re giving your bones a reason to stay strong.

It’s not about chasing numbers or lifting the heaviest weight in the room. It’s about keeping your body capable, mobile, and ready for whatever life throws at you.

Strong bones don’t just happen. You build them, one lift at a timešŸ‹ļøā€ā™€ļø

You don’t have to be busted and crawling out of the gym to call it a winšŸ„‡

If you showed up, worked with intention, and left feeling proud, you nailed it.

That’s what training for life looks like.
Not punishment. Not perfection.
It’s just consistent effort that makes you feel stronger, inside and out.

Show up. Move well. Feel good. RepeatšŸ‘šŸ»
