A big mention to these talented bunch of young girls... U 14 Omagh Accies. My daughter Amelia scored a cracking try and got player of the match I'm so proud. Didn't get a win today but they all played brilliantly 🙌.

Getting into this running malarkey rightly my best 10k to date I'm one toe nail down and I'm traumatised 🤣😂.... Why did nobody warn me lol does this mean I'm a pro runner now ...help lol 😉.
