A day in my studio 🙂 the weather ☁️ made me want to stay in lol.... Just finished doing diet plans and workouts for my PT clients.

I devise the workouts myself and do them so I know exactly how hard to push. I'm a firm believer in I won't do to someone else what I wouldn't do myself 😉.
