What a gorgeous evening with a lovely group of Mums and Daughters at retreat at

We covered a short Reflexology routine the Mums can do with their daughters at home before bedtime 💤

We worked on areas such as the head reflexes ( the toes ) to stimulate the bodies natural sleepy hormones. 🧠

The toes in Reflexology are mapped as our Head / Brain area, I explained that this is where our thoughts live.

We named our toes our ‘Sleepy Clouds’. 🌥️ Sometimes our clouds move fast, sometimes our clouds can feel quite moody 🌩️ so, by working on the toes before bedtime we are helping our clouds ( our thoughts ) slow down, float gently and get ready for a restful sleep. 🌥️

We ended the session with the daughters working on their Mums feet or hands, I asked them to say an affirmation to their Mum which then the Mum repeated back to their Daughter ⤵️

‘I am loved… I am loving… and I am lovable’ 💗🌸✨

I could have never anticipated the support I have gotten locally since relocating from Armagh and building this business & from and scratch again.
