We have some Personal Training slots available to book if you are looking to get started on your Fitness / Health journey

Why not start now and get yourself into a good routine before Christmas

Taking a Personal Training appointment will ensure you start at your level and then work towards a fitter / stronger body ensuring also that you are doing the exercises correctly

Our sessions are priced at £20 for 1 individual £30 for 2 training together and £40 for a group of 3-4 training together

Joint and small group sessions with individuals you know ( family or friends ) are great ways to keep each other motivated

Individual sessions can cater for very specific training
