TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Appointments made and canceled FOR ANY REASON less than 24hrs before the appointment will be charged 50%(CANCELLATION FEE) and it needs to be PAID before you can make another appointment.

• Any lateness over 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of your appointment and you will be charged 50% (CANCELLATION FEE).

• After one NO SHOW (not canceling and not showing up), I no longer offer future treatments.

• Consider the time allocated for the particular procedure If you are unsure about how long it will take, please ask in advance.

• If you are coming to your appointment wearing eye makeup (eyeshadow, eyeliner, foundation, mascara… etc.) or for any reason have dirty lashes, I won’t be able to service you as I can’t work with dirty lashes (The overall hygiene of your eyes is NOT my responsibility!)

• During the procedure please place your phone on silent.

• I DO NOT infill other therapists' work!!!

• For your appointment, please attend without company and children.

• You MUST be 18 years old or older to book an appointment and get any service done with me.

• If you're pregnant, unfortunately, I cannot service you because of my insurance policies.
