I find it funny the amount of apologies I get, before we start a treatment "sorry my feet are awful", iv even had someone say "don't touch my feet" 🤣

Ever wondered why you hate to show your feet? It just goes to show how vulnerable we feel when showing our feet. We are exposed, our stories held in our feet all our insecurities past hurts all in one place.
We may not consciously know why we want to hide our feet but Intuition makes us want to hide
Reflexology is so important to clear all of the "stuff" we carry every day as it is no longer serving us.

I incorporate Aromatherapy, Massage, Reflexology, facial Reflexology and energy balancing in my treatments.
