Lovely morning with Omagh St. Enda's GAA ❤️

A Perfect way to start a Sunday morning at our club Wellness Morning.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported it. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

We kicked things off with a fantastic Pilates session with Shane McNamee. It was brilliant from start to finish. We then finished up with meditation and beautiful sound bowls with Tracey Lee Clarke.

A huge thank you to Shane and Tracey Lee for giving their time and expertise to our club. It was a fantastic morning and greatly appreciated by everyone who attended.

The Better Days Pain Support Programme is a free, supportive 8-week programme designed to help you better understand and manage chronic pain, improve your wellbeing, and connect with others who truly understand.

Across the programme, you will have the opportunity to:

▪️ Connect with a physiotherapist and pharmacist for personalised guidance
▪️ Learn simple techniques to improve sleep
▪️ Explore the emotional and mental impact of chronic pain
▪️ Take part in gentle movement and exercises to support mobility
▪️ Receive nutritional advice on how diet can influence pain
▪️ Enjoy a peer-led session focused on support, connection and enjoyment

🦆🦆🦆I’ve never been a big believer that January is for resolutions, reinvention, or suddenly becoming a brand-new version of yourself.

January isn’t for pushing.

January is for resting. Resetting. Hibernating.

If you’re peri-menopausal or post-menopausal, December alone can feel like a marathon. The hormone fluctuations, the pressure to be “fine”, smiling through it, showing up when all you really want to do is run away and hide under a blanket… maybe even having a quiet cry in the toilet because it’s all just a bit too much.

So here’s your permission slip, gorgeous ladies ❤️
January is your time!

Remember nature doesn’t wake up and start blooming in January, animals are still hibernating, trees are still dormant, the earth is still resting. And we are nature too.

January is for:
🦆 reading that book you never got to
🦆 slow coffees and real conversations
🦆 reconnecting with friends
🦆reconnecting with yourself
🦆 cosy blankets, early nights, gentle days

The new beginnings?

They come when the evenings stretch, when spring appears on the horizon, when there’s a little more light, outside and inside.

So tonight, instead of setting big goals, maybe just ask:
✨ How can I be kinder to myself?
✨ What do I need more of and less of?
✨ How do I want to feel this year?

That’s more than enough for now.

BodyTalk Distance Sessions:

BodyTalk Distance Sessions are a method where a BodyTalk Practitioner and Client engage in a session remotely, even if they are geographically distant. These sessions are conducted similary to in- person sessions and are seen as effective by many.
Instead of the session being done in person however, they are facilitated from a distance. Oftentimes the appointment will be conducted by phone or video such as Zoom or Skype. In some instances when the Client and Practitionerhave difficulty in coordinating schedules, an audio recording of the session will be made and sent to the Client. The Client can then listen to the session at their convenience.
Distance Sessions offer convenience, accessiblity and are particularly helpful to those that have difficulty travelling.

QUANTUM OHYSICS CONNECTION
BodyTalk Distance Sessions are often explained using concepts from quantum physics, which suggest a deep interconnectedness between all things.

MIND-BODY COMMUNICATION
The Practioner uses their mental focus and the BodyTalk protocol to communicate with the Clients body and mind, seeking to identify and balance ares that are out of sync.

NO PHYSICAL TOUCH
Distance Sessions do not require any physical contact between the Practitioner and Client. They can be conducted online or using a photograph of the Client.
