FREE MEN’S QI GONG COURSE

Over four weeks you’ll learn simple, gentle movement and breathing practices that help:

• improve breathing and posture
• release tension in the body
• feel calmer and more in control
You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced.
Just willing to show up.
