🧠Applied neurocentric movement training – a new perspective on the background of pain🧠

Since September, I was lucky enough to complete a training that fundamentally transformed the way I think about pain
This is applied neurocentric movement training, which makes it clear: not everything comes from the proprioceptive (tissue-joint) level.

“In many cases, manual therapy, targeted movement and fascial or visceral techniques nicely “switch off” the symptoms.
But there are pains that remain even when all tissue problems have been repaired… In such cases, it is worth asking the question:

What if the pain comes from higher levels of the nervous system?
What if the “fault” is not in the muscle or joint, but in the sensory processing of the brain?”

The neurocentric approach provides the answer to this.
It teaches, how to recognize pain of nervous origin and how to treat it with targeted neurological tests, neural stimulation and movement protocols. From now on, it is possible to work with the client from a fascial, visceral and neurocentric perspective at the same time.
This way, we not only treat the symptoms, but also test and find out which system is sending the disturbing signals, and that is where we start to create change.

A very effective and exciting new approach that allows me to do even more for my clients . 🙏🏻❤️
