Exciting Announcement‼️

Welcome to Kirsty's Sound Healing Journey's ✨✨✨

You are invited to join me on a sound journey where you will be immersed in healing vibrations and frequencies from instruments used as a form of medicine, in ancient cultures, for hundreds of years. These healing sounds will bring a sense of calm, relaxation and restoration into your day, allowing you to rest and reset your nervous system, in what is a chaotic and busy world.

This is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself, to truly relax, unwind and bring some deep nurturing self care into your life. A time that is just for YOU! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

When you arrive you will have some time to settle down and get comfortable. The experience begins with a meditation to bring you into your body and space, getting you ready to be immersed with sound. Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, wind gong, voice, ocean drum and other percussive instruments will be used to bathe you in healing frequencies. You will then be guided to reawaken, and gently be brought back into the space to finish the session.

You will need to bring:
● a yoga mat/camping bed/lounge chair (whatever you will find most comfortable)
● blanket/sleeping bag/duvet
● 1 or 2 pillows (one for your head and one for under your knees)
● an eye mask
● water
● notepad and pen for intention setting and journalling
● any healing crystals you wish to charge with sound
● wear comfy clothes

Disclaimer:
This session is designed to be gentle and restorative, but please consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical or mental health conditions, or any other concerns that may affect your participation. We do not recommend attending during the first trimester of pregnancy. During the session, make sure you listen to your body and feel free to move about and/or step away if you are led too. By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own pace and comfort.
