"We offer a modern service with traditional values, specialising in all types of Funerals. We are committed to providing a very unique and bespoke, ‘HAVE IT YOUR WAY’ service. We cater for all religions and cultures and we specialise in the little things that are often overseen by other Funeral Directors. We are first and foremost a family caring for other families with the utmost DIGNITY, HONESTY and RESPECT, at the very heart of everything we do. After losing our own special loved ones, we have made it our vocation in life to help families with, what we know is the hardest and saddest time of their lives. We strive to respond to the wishes of every family, by arranging the most appropriate and fitting farewell relevant to families’ personal and financial circumstances. We treat families as if they were our own and we never want families to face distress and grief alone. We will be there every step of the way personally, not only as a local undertaker but as a family friend. From the very first phone call, right up to the day of the funeral, bereaved families will be supported by the same person throughout. We will do everything in our power to fulfil families’ wishes.

There is no time limit, no standard process, and no single story. Every loss matters.

In our work, we see the strength of families, the compassion of communities, and the emotional toll that bereavement can carry. We also see that support, understanding and open conversation can make a difference.

To all who are grieving — recently or long ago — we extend our deepest care.

🎄 Valentines Christmas Selection Box Appeal 🎁

Supporting The Princess Royal University Hospital Children’s Ward

This Christmas, we’re inviting our community to help bring a little magic to the young patients spending the festive season at The Princess Royal University Hospital.

Many children will be on the ward over Christmas, receiving treatment instead of waking up at home. A simple selection box can bring them joy, comfort, and a reminder that the community is thinking of them.

✨ Our goal: 300 selection boxes
to be delivered to the hospital children’s ward in time for Christmas.

Unfortunately, due to an act of vandalism over the weekend, the Orpington Christmas Tree has been temporarily taken down on the advice of the emergency services.

Safety is our highest priority, and as a result of the irresponsible actions of those involved — combined with today’s high winds — we were left with no choice but to make this difficult decision.

Our team will return on Wednesday to reinstate the tree, and we look forward to restoring the festive spirit as soon as possible.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding while we ensure the display is made safe and secure.

This appears to be an isolated incident, and we’re working closely with partners to support any follow-up action.
