I didn’t have time to record it again so here it is anyway ….HOW I PRESCRIBED A HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY FOR MY SON THIS WEEK :)

And this is the RECIPE for homemade SAUERKRAUT: I used red cabbage and carrots, press it all tightly into a glass and add salty water - use good quality salt (I used Celtic salt) maybe a teaspoon (depending on how large your glass is) into filtered water, pour into the glass, put the lid on top (but don’t close it completely if you don’t want it to explode:) and let it do the work for about 4-5 days. I am now starting each meal with a little bowl of this goodness and my gut is happy.
