This Months’ Mobility challenge is based around Functional Fitness🏋️
Functional fitness = Exercises that improve your ability to perform everyday tasks.
Here is the “kneeling jump challenge”, testing our lower body power, landing control & ability not to fall on our faces…😂🤭 (almost Sean…)
Although this is not a definitive measure of our functional fitness/ biological age it is a fun way to test ourselves.
