💊Repeat prescriptions - order in plenty of time 💊
To help us serve everyone efficiently, we kindly ask patients to order repeat prescriptions at least 7 days in advance of when they’re needed.
👉🏻Here’s why:
• GP practices can take up to 5 working days to issue your prescription.
• Once received, it can take us up to 48 hours to prepare your medicines - this includes ordering any stock that’s needed.
Please wait for your text message confirming your prescription is ready before coming to the pharmacy.
This helps us keep our phone lines free for urgent or same day queries.
✅New or acute prescriptions are always prioritised and prepared the same day (subject to stock availability)
