What an absolutely brilliant podcast called “Feel Better, Live More”with Dr Rangan Chatterjee and Helen Hall.
I started listening because it was recommended to me for my knees and running but it’s SO SO much more.
* If you have babies/young children - this is for you (enlightening for their future)
* If you have ticklish or painful feet 👣 - this is for you (fascinating!)
* If you’re struggling with your running times, this is for you
* If you have aches/pains anywhere in your body, then this is also for you.
* If you have injuries, this is for you.
* If you want to improve your sport, whatever it is, this is for you.
* If you want to be able to move more, this is for you.
* In fact I think everyone would benefit from listening to it!
Yes it’s 2.5 hours, but it covers lots of different subjects. I’ve listened to it in sections.
Absolutely brilliant. The body is completely connected. I’ve learned SO much. Fascinating!
“When the complex hasn’t worked, maybe the simplest is best”. What a fantastic philosophy - and one I subscribe to as well.
