After 23+ years at the BBC in office admin, management & production and facing redundancy, Clare wasn't sure where her future lay, wanting to be able to work flexibly around her family, yet still utilise her skills and earn a good income - and she came across Forever. Stop for one minute.

Breathe in for a count of 4
Hold it for a count of 4
Breathe out for a count of 4
Pause for a count of 4
Do it 4 times

How do you feel? Calmer, clearer, reset? It's a fabulous little tool to help "reset your factory settings" and just pattern interrupt what was happening. And 1 minute of Box Breathing has been shown to give the results in the image below.

The more you use it, the better you'll feel.

This was back in the summer when a few of us got together locally for a brainstorm, catch-up and social. It's great sharing ideas and making connections, and introducing new members of the team to each other too - and we all have very different backgrounds and interests, and it works and everyone is made to feel welcome! I love the people I have the pleasure of working alongside. Makes life so much more enjoyable doesn't it.

Over the last few years we’ve been steadily moving more and more to local good butchers, greengrocers, farmers etc and as organic as possible too. It really does matter. Your body can only deal with a small amount of toxins/additives etc so feed it the best you can. Not just what you eat/drink, but also be mindful of what you put on your skin, the air fresheners, candles etc - and even what you consume visually/auditory too - they matter as well. They may be invisible but they are making an impact internally.
Treat your fabulous machine of a body with the love and respect it - and you deserve. I’m not perfect by any means and you can’t make all these changes in one go - but steadily start making more and more positive tweaks and you’ll notice the difference.
Take care of YOU - you matter.
