Welcome to my new Instagram page. 😊
Here’s a bit about me, short and sweet…

My name is Corina. I am a Life Coach and a Director of a Commercial Property Management Business. 🏦

About 9 years ago, after a particularly painful breakup, then finding myself caught up in an abusive relationship, I found myself in counselling with an amazing lady called Jayne Bell. After 2 or 3 sessions, my counsellor/ life coach (now business partner) turned to me and said, ‘Corina, you can keep on coming to see me, but what you really need is some life coaching. Some direction. You need to set some new goals.’ She told me about a workshop she was running and I should come along. So I did. That was September 2012. I was lost, broke, heartbroken 💔and lacking direction.

I went along to every single follow up session over the course of 12 weeks, and it changed my life. Within 12 months, I’d set up my own business and was training as a life coach. 😍

I believed in the work so much, I wanted to get it out into the world too.

Over the last 8 years I have co-written and delivered various workshops which all bring a depth of knowledge, life experience and understanding.

I can work with you to implement your plans into the daily foundation of your life, ensuring that you not only learn how to apply the information learnt, but that you consistently stay focused, so it becomes a positive new habit.
