🌿 Party Season Wellness Advice

1. Hydration is non-negotiable
Busy days + late nights = dehydration. Keep a water bottle nearby and add electrolytes or fruit for variety.

2. Protect your sleep where you can
You don’t need perfect sleep, aim for better. Earlier nights on non-event days and short wind-down routines help.

3. Eat to support energy, not restriction
Focus on regular meals with protein, fibre, and healthy fats. Balance beats cutting things out.

4. Gentle movement over intense workouts
Walks, stretching, yoga, or light workouts support circulation and mood without adding stress.

5. Create “reset moments”
Simple habits like:

6. Listen to your body

Things to ditch in your skin care routine

🚫 Make-Up Wipes

Wipes don’t actually clean your skin — they move dirt around and leave residue. Okay for emergencies (Obagi are decent), but not for real cleansing.

💧 Micellar Water

Great as a first cleanse to remove make-up, but you MUST double cleanse. It doesn’t deeply clean or rebalance the skin. Try iS Clinical Cleansing Complex for a true 3-in-1.

⚠️ At-Home Dermaplaning Devices

Not sterile. Not sharp enough. They cut hair instead of removing it properly. Use only for quick fuzz/brow tidy-ups — using them all over your face can lead to cuts, irritation, infection + stubbly regrowth.

❌ Over-Exfoliating / Physical Scrubs

Ditch the gritty scrubs — they scratch the skin and don’t exfoliate deep enough. Stick with AHA/BHA (used carefully!). Over-exfoliating damages your barrier, causing redness, breakouts, dryness/oiliness and can even speed up ageing.

🕳️ Blackhead Strips
