The people living with us have enjoyed participating in various activities this week, including fruit salad making, gardening club and a wonderful performance from David and Mark! Lots More...Creativity and More...Socialising!

On Monday 21st July we took part in our second trip with myley we went to ponderosa zoo at heckmondwike, we saw lots of animals and had a lovely stroll round in the lovely fresh air before enjoying a nice cup of tea or ice cream at the cafe before heading home. When we asked the residents what there favourite animals were they had too many to choose from!

On Friday, we held our Summer Solstice party for the lovely people living with us! We decorated our home with colourful flowers and beautiful bunting, and enjoyed a delicious buffet style lunch!

Everyone had a great time.

Croft House embarked on their first ever trip with Myley.

They visited the Newmillerdam in Wakefield, accompanied by Sam Tasker (Head of Lifestyles) and Simi Kaur (Regional Lifestyles), who witnessed the smiles of those living with us.

This was a brilliant trip as everyone not only enjoyed More...Fresh Air, but also experienced More...Connection and More...Movement. We bumped into some friendly ducks and ducklings, squirrels, and dogs during our relaxing walk.

The day ended with a hot brew, before heading back to the home for some delicious tea, as we had all built up an appetite. A brilliant day had by all.
