Rooting for a healthier, happier, more confident you in however long that takes
โ Setting unrealistic, short term goals

Making small changes over time
โ Going all or nothing, quitting in 1 week
โ
Starting where weโre at, appreciating nutrition over restriction for our health, not a number
โ Thinking 80/90โs cardio workouts still work in our 40+ eras
โ
Believing weights are actual wonders & literal life savers
โ Setting goals like Get Fit, Lose Weight, Tone Up without;

A Plan. Get Fit byโฆLose Weight byโฆTone Up byโฆ

Getting a Coach ๐
โ Setting up a gym membership & not attending past 9th Jan/Feb. Again.
โ
Join a gym. Immediately book an induction and/or PT session so you know what to do when you go๐
โ Thinking your family donโt need you around so much anymore
โ
They do. And better still, they want you around, now more than ever, for as long as possible ๐
I did all of these โ and more before I realised that Skinny is not the goal ๐คฏ Nutritional nourishment NOT restrictive punishment is key to good health โ
and staying low key strong is fundamental to our longevity & independence โฅ๏ธ
