What is Access Consciousness Bars?

This is a set of tools and processes that help you to look at life differently. Without judgement, to be present, give yourself more choice. Riding yourself of old thought patterns, decluttering your mind.

Access consciousness bars works on 32 points on the head. Each bar is associated with its own process Joy, Saddness, Awareness, Control, Hopes and dreams, Creativity, Form and Structure to name a few.

Access Bars encourages you to ask questions- a question can have many answers. It encourages you to be open to different possibilities, unlocking places of limitations.
If you are willing to be the question, you open doors.

How does it get better than this?

Access consciousness Bars helps to reduce depression, anxiety, stress, tension. Freeing you to feel happier, less stuck, releasing physical, mental and emotional patterns. Giving you more clarity and perspective.
