What a wonderful day 💚 I loved being out surrounded by the Welsh mountains, Y Garn and Llyn Idwal. Wild, lashing down with rain, gusts of wind upto 43mph and I loved every minute of it.

It felt invigorating, freeing and incredible to be in the wildness of it all. This is living. This is a privilege. To walk with the elements, receive their wisdom and see the beauty of it all.

I know the land has spirit, the rocks, the water and the wind hold stories of yesteryear and today, I feel them. And I know I am part of it all. I am part of nature, not separate to it, not more than or better, to be part of this beautiful world is why I am here.

And knowing that I am part of it means I wish to care for it. That means picking up the plastic bottle and carrying it with me. No it wasn't mine, but I care more for the beauty around me than I do for wondering who didn't.

Just me and a dragon in North Wales.

It was wonderfully wild and windy but so good to be in the elements, feeling water and air on my face, watching them dance across the mlintains.

I was there cheering my brother on as he made his way on a mile long zipwire in seconds.

Family time is important to me and I hope you had a chance to spend time with yours today.

Will you join us? Peace in our world cannot find a place when we haven't a place for it inside ourselves.

Finding peace in the smallest of moments is so important, for everyone. I never underestimate the ripples that can generate a wave, just like the butterfly effect, we can change the world one peaceful breath at a time.

Through my own experiences of moving through tough times to finding my peace I will guide in meditation, reiki and sound. Let's create a wave of peace.

It is always fascinating how they present their wisdom to me. Sometimes a inner knowing, sometimes a conversation with another. Always leading to a deeper truth.

How we see our outer world is an indicator of what we hold inside. There was a time not so long ago that I forgot this. I could see the beauty around me but I couldn't feel it inside.

I don't know if you needed to hear this today but I trust that if you have found this post, it is for you.

I have never had a chicken show up in my life before Henrietta. She arrived a few weeks before my shamanic initiation last year. She arrived over a 10ft wall and refused to be enclosed again.

Her arrival was perfect. Her message about freedom and her right to be so clear now. At the time she was a joy to host. She makes me smile every day. She is chatty, demanding and just wonderful.

Chickens have ancient roots on this planet and in our lives. Their spiritual meaning is varied but the ones that spoke to me are about grounding, connection, fertility and transformation.

This amazing magical being laid 7 perfect eggs whilst I was away and she laid them amongst a fern at the entrance to our home. I found them when I returned. One for each day I was away. In plain sight and not touched by our resident magpies!!

My life feels very different for me now. A year and a day after my transformation began, my initiation into who I am today, completed. So many limitations erased, so many magical moments I can't possibly count them. But each one is a blessing that I hold in my heart. Such gratitude for the time I gave myself.

This powerful experience, where I got out of my own way, means I can be a more authentic Tammy, in service to those I work with. AND I can give myself permission to rest, recharge and reawaken my passion for this life in ways that felt unsafe before.

And Henrietta is very much a part of my remembering who I am. Isn't she beautiful?
