Join me Tuesday evening for a powerful combo session:

🔥 HIIT – High Intensity Intervals
Build strength, fitness and resilience using bodyweight and old-time training methods.

🌿 MBV – Mind Body Vitality
Breathwork, nervous system reset and mobility to leave you feeling strong, calm and recharged.

📍 Open Space Studios – Studio 3
⏰ 7:30pm – 8:00pm HIIT
⏰ 8:00pm – 8:30pm MBV

Thinking about starting training, getting back into it, or maybe you’ve hit a plateau and want to push things to the next level?

I have a few 1–1 intro sessions available where we’ll work towards your personal goals — building strength, improving mobility, increasing energy, or simply feeling stronger and more capable.

Sessions can also include some of the unique Havards Physical Culture methods such as old-time strength training, breathwork for power and recovery, mobility work and functional full-body training.

Or if you’re just curious and want to try some old-school strength methods, you’re very welcome to come and experience it.

We’ve forgotten something simple… but powerful.

Training doesn’t have to happen under bright lights, perfect floors, and air-conditioned walls.

Sometimes the real magic is outside.

Bare feet on the earth.
Uneven ground waking up the small stabilising muscles.
Fresh air filling the lungs.
Sunlight charging the body with natural Vitamin D.

Your nervous system calms.
Your immune system strengthens.
Your balance, coordination, and “real-world strength” come alive.

This is how humans moved for thousands of years — connected to the ground, adaptable, resilient, alive.

Not just building muscles…
