Hi all! Just to make you aware that the community yoga class at Caffi Wylfa has been postponed until January 2024. Sadly attendance was pretty low and there was, also sadly, a mis-use of the session. Attending but not donating.
I will post again nearer the time of the re-start but it will still be the last Wednesday of each month, 6-7pm. Hopefully see you for a fresh start on 31st January. As always I can be contacted via message or email if you have any queries. Until then maybe see you on a mat somewhere. Love xx

Remember, as it is in support of the Chirk Community Cupboard no fee is necessary but we do ask for your kind donations(food/toiletries)towards this amazing cause. Wow!!!!!l. I cannot believe that the last time we "spoke" was March this year!! I just wanted to let you know that I am having a summer break from teaching. My last class will be this Friday 22nd July. I am looking forward to spending time with my family, recharging & to re-connecting with my passion for everything that is yoga. I hope to pop a couple of classes on here during my break so do keep rolling out your mat(whether it's with me or someone else). I will be back on Friday 2nd September in Oswestry Leisure Centre, 12-1pm.

It's been a weeny while since I last posted here & I am still, sadly, without my usual yoga space. I am hoping that in the next few weeks I will be back in there sharing yoga with you again 🥰 I hope you have been able to re-visit some of the sessions we have shared together via the library here...
