Depression can be very isolating …

….you can feel that no one wants to listen to you and you’re not worth listening too, but at an OMG meeting we want to listen to
you in as a supportive, respectful and non-judgemental group.

You are not alone and there are men out there who are willing and determined to help other men who are where they have been.

… Statistically Monday is the hardest day for experiencing poor Mental Health, especially around Crimbo and help can be hard to find.

Peer support can make all the difference, talking about your story and experiences can really help you build a new outlook.

Make a change …

… if you want things to change, you must change something…

It’s a truism that’s often forgotten, if you are experiencing poor mental health or loneliness it won’t cure itself, you will have to change something.

At OMG we often discuss change, and provide a listening ear and peer support talking about how change is affecting you.

Perhaps the first change you can make is coming to talk about how it is affecting you or what things need to be different for you, we are here to listen.
